My love for words started when I was in grade 3. Our English teacher asked us to keep a journal for a month. And I ended up journaling for 13 years. 

 

Like most early Content Designers, I too fell into the world of UX without knowing I was doing UX Writing. In November 2018, an engineer approached me for a “simple error message, it’ll only take a moment”. Since then, I’ve loved every bit of writing for interfaces. Asking tons of questions, trying to get into the user’s mind, spending hours on design discussions, writing and rewriting till it feels ‘just right'. And yes, even the part where I have to explain to engineers that it won’t take “only a moment”.
